Pelvic Steam Consultation
Our initial consultation is a great way to get started with Pelvic Steaming. After your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to an intake form that asks specific questions about your menstrual cycle. Expect to spend approximately 10-15 minutes filling out the intake form. The more information we have about your menstrual cycle, the better tailored your steam plan will be. Once we receive your complete intake form, our steam practitioner will analyze the information and put together a customized steam plan.
During your initial consultation, you will receive:
- a menstrual cycle analysis based on the information provided from your intake form
- a customized steam plan that tells you when to steam, how long to steam, how often to steam and which herbs to use
- a video guide on how to steam at home with the tools available in your kitchen
- a guide on ways to care for your menstrual cycle
- a link to schedule a call with our steam practitioner to review your steam plan and answer any questions along the way
- enough herbs to support up to three steam sessions
Sacral Clearings

The sacral chakra, or Svadhisthana, is the center of our emotional, creative, and sexual energy. Located three inches below the belly button and above our genitals, the sacral chakra is associated with the color orange, and regulates the energy associated with passion, pleasure, and sensuality.
When the sacral chakra is imbalanced due to traumatic early and adult life experiences, we can experience a variety of physical, emotional, psychological, or interpersonal issues.
Since the sacral chakra is linked to water, Pelvic Steaming is an optimal way to heal and harmonize this sacred chakra and the associated imbalances.

Pelvic Steaming is an optimal way to release stagnant energy and negative emotions stored in your womb. When our body holds on to negative emotions, we may experience emotions of overwhelm, emotional instability, depressive symptoms, low libido or have mood swings. Which can often manifest into pain and stiffness in the lower back and hips, urinary and kidney problems, gynecological or fertility issues, constipation, and pelvic pain.
We channel healing energy in our Reiki Pelvic Steam Sessions, to help facilitate the release of stagnant energy or stuck emotions.
When our sacral chakral is functioning optimally, we are emotionally content, uninhibited in our relationships and creative endeavors, and capable of deep intimacy.
The sacral chakra is linked with the element of water which is why we’ve integrated Pelvic Steaming with Reiki for healing the womb and sacral chakra
