Pelvic Steaming is  an optimal way to release stagnant energy and negative emotions stored in your womb. When our body holds on to negative emotions, we may experience emotions of overwhelm, emotional instability, depressive symptoms, low libido or have mood swings. Which can often manifest into pain and stiffness in the lower back and hips, urinary and kidney problems, gynecological or fertility issues, constipation, and pelvic pain.

In our Reiki Pelvic Steam Sessions, we channel healing energy to help facilitate the release of any stagnant energy or stuck emotions.

According to ancient Indian scriptures, one of the seven energy centers in the body is located two inches below your belly button and regulates our emotions, sensitivity, sexuality, and self expression. This is known as our sacral chakra.

When our sacral chakral is functioning optimally, we are emotionally content, uninhibited in our relationships and creative endeavors, and capable of deep intimacy. For women, their menstrual cycles are 28-30 days long with very little to no menstrual issues.

Any breakdown in the above emotional or physical areas could reflect a blockage within your sacral chakra that may require some healing.
